The ceramic flagons that have held Dutch genever for centuries keep their contents wonderfully cool and well preserved. This bottle of Oude (old) genever is made to the old-style of genever production; that is, it must contain at least 15% malt wine but no more than 20g of sugar per litre.
Malt Wine, distilled from rye, barley and maize, is one of the most important components of Bols Zeer Oude Genever and it gives the spirit its characteristic taste.
