A bottle of The Melrose Extra Old Liqueur Whisky from Bowen & McKechnie of Glasgow and London, a firm of Whisky Blenders, Wine and Brandy Importers!  They were sole proprietors of Melrose Whisky, which they described as "delicious, mellowed & matured"!  B & M were in business from at least the 1890s; their London offices were on what is now Cross Street, Islington!
