A sought-after release, this Canadian whiskey is distilled at the Sazerac Montreal Facility, originally built as the Corby distillery and part of the Hiram Walker empire. It was sold to Sazerac by Pernod-Ricard in 2011. The Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is bottled twice a year (in Spring and in Autumn) with packaging reminiscient of Buffalo trace's prized Blanton's product.
