In the new tradition of bringing back old designs and recipes, the Highland Dream of Scotland is a blend of fine single malt whisky from around Scotland, of which the youngest is 12 years old. Only 9000 bottles were produced and bottled by J & G Grant. On the nose there is a strong sherry note with red pepper liquorice and smoke, the palate brings vanilla, honey and smokey oak and the pepper heat with a medium long finish still with honey and some leather and smoke. The taste of the highlands of Scotland.
