A resplendent cognac from Lucien-Foucauld & Co. using solely spirits distilled from grapes of the Grande Champagne region. Distilled in 1865 we believe it aged up to forty years, which places its bottling at the turn of the century, c.1905.
This cognac was produced before the Phylloxera epidemic of the late-19th century, which only adds to its quality and rarity.
