Distilled in 1934 this Bottled In Bond Rye was crafted from Canadian grains at Seagram's Waterloo Ontario facility. Bottled at 8 years old and 100 proof in 1942, this Rye was imported into the U.S. by Seagram Distillers Corporation located in the Chrysler Building in New York City.   Seagram's were one of the "big 4" North American whisky companies that dominated the post-Prohibition market, alongside National Distillers, Schenley and Hiram Walker.
